The PVDF parts currently machined/milled by Leland Tech are mainly used in the first two industries. Our plastic machining work factory is temperature constant to make sure high precision, and the smallest shape change during machining. We mainly conduct customized high-precision machining. The main equipment for CNC machining is 4-axis and 5-axis and the NC processing machine.
In Leland Tech, all our test and measure equipment is imported. Each of our 5-axis CNC equipment is qualified with imported Reinshaw measuring systems. When machining, our system finds improper processes or any mistakes to prevent scrapped parts and save lots of time.
The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
