We machine engineering plastics including PEEK, PTFE, UHMW-PE, Delrin (POM), Nylon, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PVC, HDPE, ABS, PPS, PSU, PEI (Ultem), and more. Filled and modified grades available.

What tolerances can you achieve with CNC plastic machining?

We achieve tolerances as tight as +/-0.0005 inches (0.0127mm) on precision CNC machined plastic parts. Standard tolerance is +/-0.005 inches depending on material and geometry.

What is your typical lead time for custom plastic parts?

Standard lead times are 5-15 business days. Rush orders in 3 business days. Rapid prototyping with 48-hour turnaround available.

Do you offer both prototyping and production runs?

Yes. We handle single-piece prototypes to full production of 10,000+ parts. Our flexible setup supports high-mix/low-volume and dedicated production cells.
