
The material is high-end engineering plastic PCTFE, which has excellent chemical stability such as heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and organic solvent resistance. Its insulation and cold resistance are also excellent, and the material itself is slightly transparent. PCTFE CNC Machining Customized Service is one of our main machining services.

In Leland Tech, all our test and measure equipment is imported. Each of our 5 axis CNC equipment is qualified with imported Reinshaw measuring systems. When machining, our system finds improper processes or any mistakes to prevent scrapped parts and save lots of time.
The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
