ur company equipped with many sets HP 3D printing machines, they are HP Jet Fusion 5200, all equipment is maintained regularly by professional HP engineers, We keep all our HP 3D printing systems in the working room which has Four big center Air conditioners, in this situation, we will keep all HP 3D systems working in the best condition, and make PA12 3D printing products’ shape change in minimum.

Normally, Before production, our3D technical department will examine the Stl. drawings first, sometimes, our customer’s designs are not suitable to be printed directly, like they design less than 0.5mm wall thickness but choose normal resin to print, which most occasions, the wall will break after 3D printing, so we will suggest customer add the wall thickness or choose high precision resin(Like white resin or orange resin).

For Nylon 3D printing, the surface will maintain its Nylon rough nature, if customers want a smooth effect, we suggest high polishing Resin, ABS, or Module Nylon products.

3D printing usually focuses only on appearance, but in Leland Tech, every 3D printing product we export is carefully sized and comes with a test report, good appearance, and precise size, which are all essential in our 3D printing department.

The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
