High-Performance Materials for Wafer Fab Equipment
PEEK Components
Exceptional chemical resistance and low outgassing. Continuous use to 480 degree F. Ideal for wafer handling, CMP rings, and wet bench fixturing. USP Class VI and SEMI F57 compliant grades available.
PTFE & PCTFE
Near-universal chemical resistance for acid delivery and etching processes. PCTFE for cryogenic and vacuum environments with zero moisture absorption. Excellent dielectric properties for critical applications.
PI (Vespel)
Extreme temperature resistance to 550 degree F for test and burn-in applications. Ultra-low outgassing per ASTM E595. Excellent dimensional stability across thermal cycles. Ideal for probe guides and socket bodies.
PPS, PEI & More
PPS for etch and ash process components. PEI (Ultem) for structural fixturing and test equipment. PAI (Torlon) for high-strength probe guides. ESD-safe and carbon-filled grades available.

Ultra-Pure Processing
Dedicated tooling prevents cross-contamination from metals or lower-grade plastics. Ultrasonic cleaning, IPA wipe-down, and cleanroom-compatible packaging. SEMI F57 compliant materials for critical applications.
ESD & Particle Control
ESD-safe and static-dissipative grades with surface resistivity 10^6 to 10^9 ohm/sq. Tight surface finish (Ra 0.4um) to minimize particle adhesion. Deburred and precision-cleaned per ESDA standards.
