
PI (VESPEL) polyimide is one of the most high-end engineering plastics, with excellent properties, such as high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, radioactivity resistance, and low friction coefficient. It also has mechanical properties, good fatigue resistance, and good self-lubrication; the tensile strength of phenylene polyimide film can reach 170 MPa, and that of biphenyl type can reach 400 MPa. Moreover, It has excellent heat resistance, can be used for a long time at -260 (no brittleness) ~ 330℃, and the thermal deformation temperature is as high as 343℃.
It has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, microelectronics, nano, liquid crystal, separation film, laser, and other fields. The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
