
In Leland Tech, the commonly used machining PEEK materials include natural PEEK, milky white, black PEEK, and PEEK with special additives, such as PEEK (GF30%). The strength and hardness of PEEK with glass fibre will be better. It is much stronger and harder, PEEK with Ceramics, ceramic PEEK has better heat insulation and heat resistance. The milling/machining parts use high-end engineering plastic PEEK with GF, other GF addition, PEEK parts colour will be different, more GF, the colour will be darker.
After machining technics improvement, we can produce almost zero burrs, a clean surface. There is practically no need for surface treatment, thus achieving the product’s accuracy requirements and significantly saving after-treatment labour costs and production cycle time.
German Imported PEEK with GF 4 Axis 5 Axis NC Milling Machining service is mainly machining service. Most PEEK with GF material we are using is imported from Germany Röchling. Usually, different programming will lead to different machining effects. Most programming engineers in Leland Tech are qualified with more than 5-6 years, ensure the most efficient programming, highest material economy, and best machining precision.
In Leland Tech, all our test and measure equipment is imported. Each of our 5 axis CNC equipment is qualified with imported Reinshaw measuring systems. When machining, our system finds improper processes or any mistakes to prevent scrapped parts and save lots of time.
The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
