Nylon (PA66) 3D printing, also known as SLS 3D printing, is more and more used in people’s life. Nylon material has good flexibility and strength and can be used as functional components in machines, equipment and other systems.

PA12 Black Nylon high precision 3D printing is one of the primary 3D printing services we provide to customers all over the world.

At Leland Tech, we mainly use HP nylon for SLS 3D printing. At present, our Nylon printing products have been exported to many European and American countries to help customers make models and print products quickly CNC processing parts are widely used in the medical, semiconductor, military, aerospace, and other industries.

We use imported Röchling PEEK for 4-axis and 5-axis CNC processing; in Leland Tech about 50% of PEEK processing parts use Röchling PEEK.

With time, customers need more and more fast typing; 3D printing can meet customer needs. High-speed prototyping means that even very complex products can be completed in a day or two. 3D printing is the perfect complement to CNC processing, but the lack of 3D printing is the accuracy after printing is usually only about 0.15 mm. In Leland Tech, we combine 3D printing and CNC processing. After 3D printing, we use CNC processing for precision processing so that even fast finishing has good assembly accuracy.

3D printing usually focuses only on appearance, but in Leland Tech, every 3D printing product we export is carefully sized and comes with a test report, good appearance, and precise size, which are all essential in our 3D printing department.

The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
