PMMA (acrylic) is one of the most commonly used engineering plastics in the CNC machining industry. It has excellent light transmittance, can transmit more than 92% of sunlight, and can transmit ultraviolet light to 73.5%; it has high mechanical strength and has specific heat and cold resistance. This CNC machining product is used in chemical analysis and testing, and it makes full use of the high permeability characteristics of PMMA. It is used as testing equipment for easy observation and testing.
Leland TECH has produced various machined/turning/milling PMMA products used in the automotive industry, and most automotive components are outlook parts; however, we mainly use imported Germany EVONIK PMMA. It has good toughness, and most machined PMMA parts are quite bright, so there is no need for manual polishing. The treads inside the parts are observed clearly.

The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
