Five-axis CNC machining has been developed more and more in many industries that require high-performance engineering plastic machined parts, such as PEEK, PI, PEI, PAI, etc. The use of PEEK CNC parts is more due to its good performance and cost-effectiveness. They are widely used in the automotive industry and medical industry; due to the automotive industry’s characteristics, they always need materials with long-term good strength, toughness and wear resistance. Ordinary metal materials will be the first choice. However, LELAND TECH has developed many PEEK high-precision CNC machining parts, and PEEK machining products have also been well applied, such as automobile impeller parts, which have a lubricating effect and can resist strong acid and alkali corrosion. Industrial-grade PEEK precision parts have a tolerance of 0.01mm. 5-axis machining has high requirements on the technical staff’s operating skills. In LELAND Technology, we have three technical teams, half of which are senior with more than ten years of CNC machining/milling experience engineer. They can program and operate the CNC most effectively to shorten the processing time and achieve an accuracy of 0.01 mm tolerance.
In LELAND technology, all our test and measure equipment is imported. Each of our 5-axis CNC equipment is qualified with imported Reinshaw measuring systems. When machining, our system finds improper processes or any mistakes to prevent scrapped parts and save lots of time.
The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
