PEI is a high-performance plastic. In recent years, in the electrical and electronic industries, PEI precision-machined parts have been used to replace metal to make optical fibre connectors to optimize the component structure, simplify its manufacturing and assembly steps, and maintain more precise dimensions. Because polyetherimide (PEI) material has excellent performance, PEI plastic parts machining has been widely used. Uses include connectors with high strength and stable dimensions, ordinary and micro relay housings, flexible circuits, reflectors, circuit boards, coils, and high-precision dense optical fibre components.

Here are some examples of PEEK machining parts applications:
1. The lathe milling products are mainly used in the automotive industry because PEEK has uniquely high strength and toughness. CNC processed PEEK parts can better meet the performance requirements.
2. It is used for additional testing of high-tech 3D glasses.

The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
