
White Nylon 3D printing is a new processing technology. Compared with black nylon, white nylon has higher printing accuracy and can show the product structure in more detail. White Nylon 3D printing accuracy can reach + / – 0.05mm. In the past three years, Leland Tech, 3D printing department has specially developed white nylon customized 3D printing department to meet the needs of customers in different countries.
With the passage of time, customers need more and more rapid proofing. 3D printing can meet customer needs. Very fast proofing can complete very complex structure production even within one or two days. 3D printing is the perfect complement to CNC processing. But the disadvantage of 3D printing is that the accuracy after printing is usually only +/- 0.15 mm. In Leland Tech, we combine 3D printing and CNC processing. After 3D printing, we use CNC processing for precision Processing, so that even rapid proofing has good assembly accuracy.
3D printing usually focuses only on appearance, but in Leland Tech, every 3D printing product we export is carefully sized and comes with a test report, good appearance, and precise size, which are all essential in our 3D printing department.
The measure equipment room is kept at a constant temperature and humidity (22°C-24°C, 45%-65% humidity) to make sure all the measurements are precise.
