ABS/Resin 3D printing nowadays is very popular among many companies, some are used in Model displays, some are prototypes before Mould/casting, and some are functional parts that are used in machinery.
After 3D printing, surface treatment is very important, especially in ABS/Resin printing, some customers need different colors for 3D printing, so careful polishing is very necessary, so then the color will be easy to attach. In the 3D printing department of Leland Tech, we have two professional teams which mainly take charge of surface treatment.
It is commonly known that the bigger size of ABS parts, the higher of cost, normally we will empty the inside to light the whole 3D printing part weight, of course, the technical team will make sure enough thickness of the outside wall and whole work-piece surface effect. Empty inside needs good technics and years of experience, all of our engineers must go through at least 1-month of training and exams, then will operate the machine and programming under the senior engineer Supervise, besides that, July is our annual training month, all engineers will accept at least 7 training lessons from experienced engineers and managers, In this way, Leland Tech keeps developing new 3D printing technics and help our international customers fine the 3D printing parts and save more cost in different ways.
We developed two different precision in ABS/Resin 3D printing, one is cheap, with tolerance is around +/-0.3mm to +/-0.5mm, which is used in showing purpose which does not need high precision, another is precision resin printing, and the tolerance is around +/-0.1mm to +/-0.15mm, you are welcomed to send us .stl or .step files, we’d like to give our best suggestion for your projects.
