We achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0005 inches (0.0127mm) on precision CNC machined plastic parts, depending on material and geometry. Standard commercial tolerance is ±0.005 inch. Our 5-axis CNC machining centers handle parts up to 40″ x 20″ x 20″ (1000mm x 500mm x 500mm). CNC turning: 0.125″ to 18″ diameter (3mm to 450mm). Larger parts via plastic welding and assembly.

Standard lead times: 5 to 15 business days depending on part complexity, material, and quantity. Rapid prototyping: 48-hour turnaround. Rush orders: as little as 3 business days. Every quote includes a firm delivery date. Request a quote for your estimate.
Absolutely. Single-piece prototypes to 10,000+ parts per month. High-mix/low-volume cells and dedicated production lines. Many clients start with prototype validation and transition to production with us. See injection molding for high volume.
